Chris Scavone is an expert in home interior remodeling. He began as a residential painting contractor and soon started renovating kitchens and bathrooms, laying floors, installing tile, along with minor plumbing and electrical work. Chris excels in design, creating beautiful pallets combining interior design, colors, and materials. He is extremely detail oriented and is considered a ‘perfectionist’ with every job and project he completes.

Bought and sold a home in 2023.
Christian and Chris of Scala were very easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the process from getting our place ready to sell to moving into our new home. Chris advised several professional upgrades to prepare our condo for sale and patiently guided us in some basic improvements that we were glad to do ourselves. As a team, they were reliably available to quickly view homes with us and submit offers. From clearly explaining forms to questioning terms in agreements and following up on red flags in HOA meeting notes, we felt confident in Scala's knowledge and expertise. Christian's negotiation skills allowed us to afford a home we weren't initially considering because it was over our budget, but he saw a possibility and was able to find a price that worked for both us and the seller. When our condo was scheduled to close before the closing date of our new home, he even arranged a pre-purchase lease so we could move in a day early to avoid storing our furniture and moving twice. We're convinced Christian's experience and creative thinking can handle any complication that may arise. We highly recommend Scala

It was a pleasure working with Christian and Chris. I had told them upfront I wanted a realtor I could trust and guide me in making the best decisions. I found them to be completely honest wth me.
